CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

Sports : Richly associated with fun and frolic games.

Tiny tots have a special play area for recreation. At the beginning of each academic year children from class I onwards are offered a vast list of co curricular and extra curricular activities from which each student can get specialized training in one or two activities.

Our numerous co-curricular activities are listed below:

1. Physical Education Ball dripping, Hop & Jump, Crazy frogs, Parachute play, Alphabet games,Fitness circle, Body movements etc.
Under 12 and Under 14 games: Basketball, Throw ball, Kabaddi, Volley Ball, Kho-Kho, Hand ball, Hockey, Athletics with Mass P.E.
2. Music Devotional song, Bhagavad-Gita, Patriotic Song, Shloka chanting.
3. Dance Western, Classical, Folk dance.
4. Yoga Aasanas, Surya Namaskara, Pranayama, Meditation, Memory and Eye Exercises, Relaxation techniques.
5. Taekwondo Rich curriculum of Taekwondo are stances, hand techniques foot techniques,fundamental exercises, self defence techniques. And promotional yearly exams like white belt, yellow belt, green belt, black belt.
6. Guidance & Counselling Qualified experienced counselor provide assistance for children and guide the parents and also help them in improving their Self-confidence, Creative skill, observation skill, Self-awareness, Sharing Skill.)
7. Library
  • A Spacious well ventilated technology supported library, Huge resource pool of fiction, Non-fiction, reference books, encyclopedia’s, Diaries, Magazines and Journals.
  • Expert Librarians and teachers to supervise and guide each student in section and use of books and other reading materials for the building of taste at appropriate level of maturity.
  • Constant upgradation of resource including both printed as well as audio visual materials to provide the latest information to our students.
  • To further encourage the reading habits in our children, we have instituted an avid reader award for the most well-read student (Best library reader award).
  • Organizing library activity: Theme weeks, Historical database, Read Aloud, Present a book Review, Story time, News & Views, G.K. Hunt, Quiz time, Head line Grabber.
